青森県内の10市が連携し、各市の祭りや郷土芸能、食、観光情報などを一堂に集結させ、10市の交流を図るとともに、各市の魅力を強力にアピールすることで今後の継続した県内各市への誘客並びに回遊、滞在を促進させる目的で開催される「あおもり10市大祭典」。
2024年（令和6年）は青森県黒石市で開催されました。
これはその、2024年（令和6年）9月28日に行われたあおもり10市お祭りパレードの様子です。
弘前ねぷたより少しヤンチャな感のある「平川ねぷた」。
「三本木小唄」に合わせてあでやかに踊る「三本木小唄流しおどり」。
ッチャホーの掛け声に乗ってリズミカルに踊る「黒石よされ」。
「ラッセラー」の掛け声に合わせて跳躍する「ハネト」と、道路幅いっぱいの巨大な山車の「青森ねぶた祭」。
若き市長と「ミスターまさかり」、「ミスおしまこ」を先頭に、一糸乱れぬ踊りを披露する「おしまこ流し踊り」。

The 10 cities in Aomori Prefecture are collaborating to bring together each city’s festivals, local performing arts, food, tourism information, etc., to promote exchanges among the 10 cities, and to strongly promote the charms of each city so that the prefecture continues to grow in the future. The “Aomori 10 City Festival” is held with the purpose of attracting tourists to each city and encouraging them to visit and stay in each city.
In 2024 (Reiwa 6), it was held in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture.
This is the Aomori 10 City Festival Parade held on September 28, 2024 (Reiwa 6).
“Hirakawa Neputa” has a slightly more naughty feel than Hirosaki Neputa.
“Sanbongi Kouta Nagashi Odori” is a charming dance to “Sanbongi Kouta.”
“Kuroishi Yosare” dances rhythmically to the chants of “Chaho”.
The Aomori Nebuta Festival features “Haneto” who jump to the sound of “Rassera” and huge floats that span the width of the road.
The “Oshimako Nagashi Odori” is a dance performance led by the young mayor, “Mr. Masakari” and “Miss Oshimako.”

The “Kuroishi Motsuke Taiko” is huge in size and sound, and the “Kuroishi Yosare” dances rhythmically to the chants of Ecchaho.
The “Hachinohe Sanja Taisai Festival” floats are glittering floats that transform during operation.
A number of floats from the Hirosaki Neputa Festival move along to the music of the Neputa Multinational Army, which is made up of several Neputa organizations.
