採れたての新栗を蒸して裏ごししたものを砂糖も加えずにそのまま栗あんの上にふんわりと盛りました
栗の繊細な風味を損なわないように注文を頂いてからお作りします

I’ve always wanted to try Suzaku, and this time I was able to get the chance by making a reservation.

The thoughts behind Obusedo’s Suzaku are introduced on their website.

Freshly picked chestnuts are steamed and strained, and then lightly piled on top of chestnut paste without adding any sugar.

We make it after receiving an order so as not to spoil the delicate flavor of the chestnuts.

We offer it because we want our customers to experience the taste of the chestnuts themselves.

This is a special dish that can only be enjoyed at Obusedo’s main store and our main home during the one month that new chestnuts arrive from the fields.
